Recensione in Italiano: Il Lol B&B è un appartamento a due passi dal cuore della città di Roma: ci troviamo in via Etruria, zona San Giovanni. Il quartiere mantiene tutt’oggi il suo carattere “autentico” donando a residenti e visitatori un senso di genuinità e storia: è possibile infatti passeggiare tra antiche mura romane, chiese, basiliche, trattorie e mercati su strada. i trova a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro A “Re Di Roma”. La zona è servita da numerosi mezzi di trasporto (metro, bus,bus notturni, car sharing, byke sharing, pullman turistici, taxi) che collegano al centro storico, alla principale stazione dei treni Roma Termini, agli aeroporti,ai musei ed alle zone della movida romana come San Lorenzo, Pigneto, Trastevere, Testaccio, alle discoteche della rinomata via Libetta . In zona sono presenti numerosi esercizi commerciali (via Appia, via Tuscolana e il caratteristico mercato di via Sannio) a portata di mano troviamo supermercati, tabacchi, pub, bar (tra cui il famoso Pompi Bar dove assaggiare il più gustoso tiramisù di Roma) e numerose aree relax verdi come il parco nella centralissima Piazza dei Re di Roma o il parco di Viale Carlo Felice di fronte alla basilica di San Giovanni. Per gli amanti dell’escursione è facilmente raggiungibile il bellissimo Parco della Caffarella a piedi dove potete esplorare l’enorme parco con siti archeologici e fauna di particolare rilevanza, Villa Scipioni, Villa Celimontana e poco più distante l’imponente Parco degli Acquedotti. Per gli amanti delle passeggiate a piedi o in bici, è possibile raggiungere il Colosseo o i Fori Imperiali in pochissimo tempo (20 min. a piedi) oppure potete usare la comoda metro A che vi porterà in pochi minuti nel centro storico della Città Eterna. L’appartamento si trova al piano terra e si compone di 4 camere di cui 3 riservate al pernottamento degli ospiti ed una ad uso condivisione con angolo cottura a vista. E’ dotata di fornelli elettrici, microonde, caffettiera elettrica, tostapane, utensili e frigo ed è possibile degustare colazioni all’italiana self-service(inclusa nel prezzo) o rapidi spuntini, permettendo a tutti un po’ di relax o di lavorare al pc dato che l’intera struttura è coperta da free Internet WI-FI. Le 3 camere sono ampie e spaziose, una delle quali può accogliere fino a 4 ospiti e dispone di un wc privato con doccia. Nell’appartamento vi è un ulteriore spazio in condivisione dove è presente una lavanderia gratuita per poter lavare eventualmente il bucato a mano o una lavatrice con servizio a pagamento. La struttura è smoke-friendly il che significa che è possibile fumare in stanza con le finestre aperte o nei luoghi condivisi qualora gli altri ospiti siano d’accordo. Recensione in Inglese: Lol B&B is an apartment run by Marco and Valeria, very close to the heart of Rome: we are in Via Etruria, just two minutes walking from the metro station “Re Di Roma”. The apartment is on the groundfloor and there are 4 rooms, 3 for the guests and one kitchen to share for the breakfast. (You can also use the kitchen for your own for your private snacks). In the kitchen you can find electric cookers, microwave, coffeepot, toaster, refrigerator and you can prepare by yourself your breakfast that is included in the price of the room. The whole flat is covered by Free Internet WI-FI. The rooms are big and one of these room (the biggest one available until 4 persons) has a private bathroom with shower. The other two rooms share a bathroom (with toilet and shower). In the apartament is available an other shared space in which you can find a free laundry for your hand washing (you can use the washing machine for 5 euro each washing). Our flat is smoke-friendly that is you can smoke in your room with opened windows and maybe you can smoke in the shared spaces if the other guests are in agreement. San Giovanni: San Giovanni area is centrally located and still maintains its "authentic" by donating to residents and visitors a sense of authenticity and history: it is possible to walk through the ancient Roman walls, churches, restaurants and street markets. The apartment it is just 2 minutes walk from the metro station A "Re di Roma". The area is served by numerous means of transport (metro, buses, night buses, car sharing, sharing byke, coaches, taxis) that connect to the historical center, the main train station Termini, airports, museums and areas of Roman nightlife as San Lorenzo, Pigneto, Trastevere, Testaccio, the discos of the fashionable Via Libetta. In the area there are numerous shops (via Appia, via Tuscolana and the typical market of Via Sannio) at hand are supermarkets, tobacconists, pubs, bars (including the famous Pompi Bar where you can taste the most delicious tiramisu in Rome) numerous relaxation areas such as green park in the central square of Re Di Roma or the park Viale Carlo Felice in front of the Basilica of San Giovanni. For lovers of the hike is easy to reach the beautiful Parco della Caffarella walk where you can explore the huge park with wildlife and archaeological sites of particular importance, Villa Scipioni, Villa Celimontana and slightly further from the imposing Aqueduct Park. For lovers of walking on foot or by bike, you can reach the Coliseum or the Roman Forum in a very short time (20 min. Walk) or you can use the convenient metro A that will take you in a few minutes in the historic center of the Eternal City.
