Riaperta al pubblico dopo cinquant’anni all’interno del Parco archeologico del Colosseo, la Domus Tiberiana fu il primo vero e proprio palazzo imperiale, eretto sul versante nord-occidentale del colle Palatino nel I sec. d.C. Subì in seguito diversi rifacimenti, i più importanti dei quali da parte di Domiziano e Adriano.

Reopened to the public after 50 years, the Domus Tiberiana, today part of the Parco Colosseo, was the first imperial palace to be built on the North western slope of the Palatine Hill in the first century AD. It underwent several remakes over the centuries, the most important by Domitian and Hadrian.
