La colazione italiana, non inclusa nel prezzo, può essere consumata sia nell’ampia terrazza (zona comune per tutti i clienti e utilizzabile anche come zona relax) che nelle stanze. La posizione privilegiata del b&b lo rende particolarmente comodo per chi ama girare a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici. Proprio sotto la struttura si trova il bus 64 che porta direttamente alla stazione Termini passando per il centro dove potrete ammirare la famosa Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona…e le note vie dello shopping (Via Condotti, Via del Corso, Via Borgognona…). Our new built facility has four spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, each one equipped with air conditioning, free high-speed Wi-Fi and hairdryers. The bedrooms include 3 doubles and 1 twin/double (with the option of an extra bed in 2 of the 4 rooms, increasing the sleeping capacity from 8 to 10). The 3 bathrooms are two with crystal glasses showers with large showerheads, and the third with a whirlpool bath tub/shower. One of the 3 bathrooms is shared with another room, but there's the possibility, subject to availability and upon customer request, to require the private bathroom (with an additional cost). The Italian breakfast, not included in the price, can be enjoyed either on the large terrace (common area for all customers, used also as a relax area) or in the rooms. Just below the b&b there is the bus 64 which takes you directly to Termini station passing through the center where you can see the famous Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Venezia, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona...and the famous shopping streets (Via Condotti, Via del Corso, Via Borgognona...). Ce tout nouvel établissement dispose de 4 chambres spacieuses et élégamment meublées, toutes équipées de la climatisation, du Wi-Fi haut débit gratuit et d'un sèche-cheveux. Il comprend 3 chambres doubles et 1 chambre double/twin (avec possibilité d'ajouter un lit d'appoint dans 2 des 4 chambres, portant la capacité d'accueil de 8 à 10 personnes). Les 3 salles de bains comprennent deux douches vitrées avec de grands pommeaux, et la troisième une whirlpool bath balnéo/douche. L'une des 3 salles de bains est partagée avec une autre chambre, mais, sous réserve de disponibilité et sur demande explicite du client, il y a la possibilité de demander une salle de bain privée (avec un coût supplémentaire). Le petit-déjeuner italien, non inclus dans le prix, peut être dégusté sur la grande terrasse (espace commun à tous les clients et servant également d'espace détente) ou dans les chambres. L'emplacement privilégié du B&B le rend particulièrement pratique pour ceux qui aiment explorer la ville à pied ou en transports en commun. Le bus 64 s'arrête juste en dessous de l'immeuble et vous emmène directement à la gare Termini. Vous traverserez ensuite le centre-ville où vous pourrez admirer la célèbre Piazza di Spagna, la Piazza del Popolo, la fontaine de Trevi, la Piazza Navona et les célèbres rues commerçantes (Via Condotti, Via del Corso, Via Borgognona, etc.).
