L'appartamento, molto luminoso e delizioso nel suo stile curato ed essenziale, è un primo piano composto da un'accogliente ingresso con scrittoio, da una cucina abitabile fornita di tutto il necessario per rendere più confortevole e funzionale il Vostro soggiorno, da una zona giorno luminosa e dotata di tv via internet e satellitare, da un'ampia camera da letto ed un servizio corredato di box doccia. L'esposizione ottimale (sud/ovest) rende l'appartamento molto luminoso durante tutto l'arco della giornata. Si tratta di un primo piano senza ascensore (11 scalini dall'androne al piano). L'appartamento è adatto per 4 persone, 2 nella camera da letto matrimoniale e 2 nel comodo divano letto matrimoniale posto in soggiorno ed attrezzato con ulteriore armadio. E' pero' facilmente adattabile all'esigenza di ospitare comodamente una 5 persona grazie ad un ulteriore letto nella camera da letto matrimoniale.
The Flat is very bright and delicious in its essential but weel-finished style. It's a first floor with an entrance and a functional desk. There's a kitchen equipped to give you an Italian touch while you'll be cooking. There's a living area with both internet and satellite TV, there's a wide bedroom and a bathroom with a shower stall. The Flat has an optimal exposure (south/west) that gives it brightness during all day. The Flat is a first floor without elevator (11 steps from the entrance hall to the floor). It is very suitable for 4 people, 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room (there's a comfortable sofa) but it's very easy to manage for a 5th person in the bedroom.
Con poche fermate di autobus è facilmente raggiungibile la "terrazza" del Gianicolo, suggestivo e unico per la vista panoramica che offre del centro di una delle città più antiche e belle al mondo. Sempre a poche fermate di autobus è possibile raggiungere Trastevere, uno dei quartieri più caratteristici della città, rinomato per i suoi vicoletti, per i suoi ristoranti dove gustare la cucina tipica romana e non solo e per i suoi locali (particolarmente consigliati agli amanti delle ore piccole). Dall'appartamento è inoltre facile raggiungere una delle ville più grandi e più belle di Roma, Villa Doria Pamphili dove immergersi nel verde per un po' di relax o per praticare attività fisica. Dall'appartamento è inoltre facilmente raggiungibile il Vaticano.
Thanks to a short jurney by bus (about 10min), it's very easy to reach Gianicolo, the extraordinary and breath-taking "terrace" for its panoramic landscape on the city center of one of the best and the most ancient city of the earth. From there you can easily reach Trastevere one of the most characteristic area of the city very famous for its alleys, for its restaurants where eating Roman and Italian typical food and for its pub and locals (racommended for who loves having fun till late). It is very esy to reach also Villa Doria Pamphili one of the biggest park in Rome where lose yourself in the green or just to have a run. From the Flat is also easy to reach the Vatica City.
