Il chiostro quattrocentesco di San Giovanni Battista dei Genovesi a Trastevere è uno dei più belli della città. Attribuito a Baccio Pontelli, ha un portico ad archi e una loggia architravata con pilastri ottagonali di travertino.

La bella fontana di piazza della Cancelleria, vicino Campo de’ Fiori, risale al 1930, quando fu realizzata su disegni dello scultore Publio Morbiducci. L’opera, molto geometrica, riproduce lo stemma del Cardinale Scarampi Mezzarota, che nel 1483 commissionò al Bramante la costruzione del limitrofo Palazzo della Cancelleria.

The beautiful Fountain in Piazza della Cancelleria, near Campo de' Fiori, dates back to 1930, based on drawings by sculptor Publio Morbiducci. The very geometric work reproduces the coat of arms of Cardinal Scarampi Mezzarota, who in 1483 commissioned Bramante to build the neighboring Palazzo della Cancelleria.
