🇮🇹 Pochi ingredienti, ma scelti bene. Il resto lo fanno le mani esperte del nostro chef.
La nostra cucina parte da qui: prodotti di stagione, quello che arriva dall’orto e tanta attenzione nelle preparazioni fatte in casa.
A volte prendono la forma di una pasta all’uovo con cavolo nero e fonduta di formaggio erborinato, altre volte il piatto cambia.
La filosofia, invece, resta sempre la stessa.

Our cooking starts here: seasonal produce, ingredients from our garden and plenty of care in everything we make in-house.
Sometimes this becomes homemade egg pasta with black kale and blue cheese fondue, other times the dish changes.
