Today, we'd like to introduce Kumar, who takes care of the dishes in our kitchen. He is originally from India and has been part of our team for many years.

While others are already home or in bed, Kumar ist still in the kitchen late into the evening, making sure everything is clean and ready for the next day.

From the earth, the idea is born; through the gesture, it takes shape.

The fine eggplants from my organic garden become a „Parmigiana“ that unfolds on the plate, only to come together again on the palate.

It is eaten with the hands, mixed, discovered: an intricate weave of flavours, aromas, and textures that tells the story of the ingredient itself — from the earth, all the way to the final gesture of plating.
