Fragments of a summer.

Others were quieter. Mornings that began in silence and were suddenly filled by the village band, by Gardenese music rising through the streets, by that festive air Selva knows how to create like nowhere else.

The green of the Vallunga walked slowly, flowers moving in the wind, Selva seen from above. Afternoons that asked nothing, the warm quiet after a day spent outdoors.

This is the gift of summer in Val Gardena: it never makes you choose. There is room for celebration and room for stillness, for the nights you will tell others about and the hours you will keep for yourself.

Thank you to everyone who made this summer an unforgettable fragment of our sixty years in the Dolomites.

Fragments of a summer.

Some of them we had been waiting sixty years for. Three days in June when the Tyrol filled with voices, music and people who came from far away to sit at the same table. Sixty years of hospitality condensed into a weekend that still feels close, as if it had happened yesterday.

Then a kitchen turned into a stage in the middle of August, chefs and guests dancing between the stoves, and a Christmas that arrived four months early just to make everyone laugh.

Summer in Val Gardena is made of nights you do not want to end, of tables that grow longer than expected, of the kind of joy that only happens when everyone is together beneath the Dolomites.

And this is only half the story.

Another chapter reaches its last page.

The doors of the Tyrol close, and so does the green door of Suinsom. Behind them stays a summer that will be hard to forget.

Sixty years celebrated in three days of June, with voices and music filling every corner of this Home. A kitchen turned into a stage at Ferragosto, dancing between the stoves. And then all the rest, the part that leaves no photographs: long evenings on the terrace, tables that stretched into the night, walks in the green of Val Gardena, the silence of a morning with the Dolomites still waking up.

Thank you for being here, season after season. For the trust, the return, the stories you brought with you and the ones you left here.

On December 3, we open again.
A new chapter is already waiting to be written.

Where heritage lives in the details.

We are children of this land, descendants of an ancient people bound for centuries to these valleys. The Ladin language, its customs and its traditions are still passed down here, quietly woven into everyday life.

You can read them in the carved wood panelling, in the painted motifs, in the small adornments that fill the stube and the spaces of the TyBar. Craftsmanship that has never been about decoration, but about belonging: every line telling the story of who lives among the Dolomites, and has done so for generations.

The last weekend of the season is here, and these rooms are ready to welcome it the way they always have. Warm, unhurried, waiting for the next story to be told.

Slowing down is the new luxury.

Autumn has arrived, and summer is slipping away in Val Gardena. In a few days the season will close, and what stays with us is not the list of things we did, but the hours we let pass without counting them.

A walk that led nowhere in particular. Time spent with the people who matter most, in that easy way that only happens outdoors. A moment alone in the green, with only the sound of the wind and nothing asking for your attention.

The Dolomites teach this better than anyone. That time, when you stop chasing it, becomes the most precious thing you own.

Paravis W**e Experience.

It begins with a gentle grape seed oil massage, rich in antioxidants, and slowly opens into something deeper beneath the Dolomites: a w**e bath that nourishes the skin, a glass of red waiting beside it, a selection of local speck and cheeses to taste without hurry.

The vineyard gives its energy to the body while South Tyrol tells its story through flavour, in a journey that touches every sense at once.

At Paravis, in the quiet heart of Val Gardena, wellness is not something you receive. It is something you savour.

One day, and all the time in the world.

It opens with the mountains framed by a window, breakfast in the garden, the Outdoor TyPool with the Sassolungo watching over the water. Then the woods of Val Gardena, where flowers move in the wind and the morning stretches without asking anything.

Lunch on the terrace. The quiet hours at Paravis, hands that know what to do, the warm water of the Indoor TyPool. Then out again: the deep breath of the Vallunga, Selva seen from above.

Back Home as the light softens. A drink at TyBar, the green door of Suinsom opening at seven, dinner at TyRestaurant, and the gelato alla crema taking shape at the cart, one last small ritual before the night.

From the first light to the last spoon beneath the Dolomites. And still, never enough.

Sole meunière, served the Tyrol way.

A classic that never needed reinventing, introduced this season by Chef Alessandro, who brings a signature of French cuisine among the flavours of Val Gardena. Filleted at the cart, right before your eyes, then laid on the plate with mountain potato purée and its golden butter sauce.

Lunch on the terrace, the Dolomites all around, a glass of white w**e catching the light: this is the summer rhythm of TyBistro, still beating in late September.

The bittersweet wind of a summer changing colour.

September comes quietly, carrying the melancholy of days that have passed and the promise of what is yet to be.

It is still summer here, but a different one. The light falls at a softer angle, the mornings arrive cooler, and the green of the meadows begins its slow turn towards gold. The valley feels wider, calmer, as if Val Gardena had exhaled after the fullness of August.

Some of the most beautiful days of the season are still ahead, waiting quietly beneath the Dolomites.
