Ci sono piccoli disagi che, quando viaggiamo, diamo quasi per scontati.
Finché qualcuno non ci pensa prima di noi.
Qualche tempo fa ho ascoltato una riflessione di Natalia Levinte | Paladina delle Donne che mi è rimasta impressa: in tante strutture si pensa a ogni tipo di comfort, ma raramente si pensa a una donna che venga colta di sorpresa dal ciclo durante un viaggio.
È una cosa semplice, ma quando succede può trasformarsi in una corsa al supermercato o alla farmacia, proprio mentre vorresti solo rilassarti.
Così ho pensato un piccolo kit che sarà sempre a disposizione delle mie ospiti.
Perché, per me, l’ospitalità è soprattutto questo: far sentire qualcuno accolto anche nei dettagli che spesso passano inosservati.
Qual é quella piccola attenzione che, quando la trovi in una struttura, ti fa pensare: “qui qualcuno ha davvero pensato a me”?

There are minor inconveniences that, when we travel, we almost take for granted.
Until someone thinks of them before we do.
A while ago, I came across a thought-provoking comment by Natalia Levinte | Paladina delle Donne that really stuck with me: in many accommodation providers, every kind of comfort is catered for, but rarely is consideration given to a woman who might be caught off guard by her period whilst travelling.
It’s a simple thing, but when it happens, it can turn into a dash to the supermarket or chemist’s, just when you’d rather be relaxing.
So I’ve put together a little kit that will always be available to my guests.
Because, for me, hospitality is above all about this: making someone feel welcome, even in the little details that often go unnoticed.
What is that little touch that, when you find it in a place, makes you think: ‘Someone here has really thought of me’?

Io non posso immaginarmi niente di più bello che fare colazione appena sveglia.
Anche se ho poco tempo per me la mattina, perché tutto il mio impegno è per preparare le vostre colazioni, io ho bisogno di 10 minuti per me e la mia colazione.
Dopo posso affrontare la giornata e sorridere con voi che vi gustate la vostra di colazione.
Colazione a Panorama Cinque per me è un bel si! E per voi?
I can’t imagine anything better than having breakfast as soon as I wake up.
Even though I don’t have much time for myself in the morning – because I’m fully focused on preparing your breakfasts – I need 10 minutes just for myself and my breakfast.
After that, I can face the day and smile as I watch you enjoy your breakfast.
