• This newly finished apartment is located in a small and exclusive residence only minutes away both from the Town center and from the Lake. SHARED SWIMMING POOL. Fully equipped for your stay.

• This clean and new apartment is located inside a small and quiet residence close to the town center of Manerba. It is located on the first floor and it has an ample terrace that can be used to lounge or to eat outside. It is composed of two ample bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 double beds), a bathroom with a shower, a large kitchen and a living room with a double pull out couch. Every space is fully equipped to ensure a happy and comfortable stay for our guests.

• Our guest have access to the entire apartment and the common grounds of the residence which includes a large shared swimming pool with chairs and umbrellas.

• Antonio, the owner of this apartment, is an exceptionally kind and friendly person. He will greet the guests with a smile and be glad to give you all the information you need about the property and the surrounding areas. Him and his family live close by and will be at disposal to help solve any issue that might arise during your stay.

It is located only a few minutes drive away from the town center of Manerba the some beaches by the Lake, which can be easily reached by car but also by foot. Manerba offers everything you might need during your stay including shops, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery stores, bars, restaurants and much more.

• 10 MINUTE WALK FROM THE LAKE GARDA :)
This new and clean apartment is located in a very quiet residential area in the town of Salo'. Perfectly located for a relaxing vacation it is only a few minutes walk away from restaurants and shops.

• The Space
This lovely, clean and newly renovated apartment is all located on the second floor of a well kept building from the 60's. It is located about 500 meters away from the shopping area of town and 800 meters from the beach. The surrounding area is residential, quiet and sunny consisting mostly of detached houses.

The apartment measures about 80 square meters and is composed of an entrance hall, a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and bay window which gives access to a small balcony. An archway opens this room to the kitchen which is fully equipped with pans and utensils, oven, dishwasher etc.

There are two bedrooms: a double room and a room with 2 single beds. The bathroom with shower and bidet also has a washing machine in it.

There also are two free parking spots at our guests disposal. A closed garage spot and a private spot outside.

• Guest Access
The apartment is completely independent and accessible from an internal staircase.

• Interaction with Guests
Your host lives in San Felice del Benaco, a town only a few minutes drive away from Salo', where the property is located, and will be promptly available to assist you during your stay if you have any issues with the apartment.

• The Neighborhood
Located in the upper area of the Town of Salo' this apartment is located in a quiet residential area but also very close to the many shops, bars and restaurants in town.

The apartment "Vista Piazza" is located in the Piccolo Palazzo and has been renovated recently. It is 95 square meters large and is composed of a beautiful open living room with modern kitchen, 2 balconies, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!

The "Piccolo Palazzo", in which the apartment "Vista Piazza" is located is a house from the 19th century, which has recently been renovated from the ground up, with antique materials stylishly combined with modern elements! The house is in the center of San Felice, with all amenities close by. Restaurants, shops, bars, pharmacy, grocery stores, bakery etc. are all minutes walk away.

The public beach is about a 10 min drive away and it cal also be reached comfortably by foot or by bike (not supplied).

Guests of this apartment have full access to the house and the courtyard where there is a private off-street parking space for the car. There is another large free parking lot about 150 meters away from the house.
We are always available for our guest to ensure they have the best possible stay :)

If we are not in the area we have a person on call that can help with any issue that might arise and are always willing to give tips about interesting things to do in the area!

The apartment "Vista Piazza" has 2 balconies, one of which looks directly at the main square of San felice and thus they participate directly in the Italian life. It is in a quiet, tranquil place with very little traffic.

You can drive your car right in the town center and park in the courtyard. If arriving by train it would go to Desenzano and then by public bus to San Felice. By plane you can either to Verona od. Bergamo fly and then take a rental car. A car is definitely recommended to explore the area and the countryside.

San Felice is a true Italian town, beautiful and peaceful throughout the years it has been renovated but maintaining its original charme. This makes it an important touristic destination by the Lake Garda. Many interesting, northern Italian cities can be reached easily by car or by train. The unique Venice and the fashionable Milan are only 1.5 hrs Away.

• This lovely and newly renovated apartment is located in the heart of the town of San Felice del Benaco. it is perfectly located in the old town with several shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. The Lake Garda with its beaches and many attractions is only a few minutes drive away!

• This comfortable and elegant apartment is composed of 2 double bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, kitchen and living area. There is also a large balcony ideal to sit in the evenings or have a meal outside.
The elegant and modern finishings of this apartment also remember the fact that the building is over 200 years old. The original bricks and stones with which it was once build can still be seen in several areas of the walls, giving to this new apartment a unique and elegant feel.

The house is in Piscità, the place most exclusive and quiet of Stromboli, within a huge garden with olive trees, eucalyptus, palms, lemons, oleanders.

• The Space
The house is in Piscità, the place most exclusive and quiet of Stromboli, within a huge garden with olive trees, eucalyptus, palms, lemons, oleanders.
It is made up of 2 large rooms furnished with wardrobes, one double and the other with 3 single beds, a large bisuoli patio, table, tables and chairs, and a balcony above it from which you can enjoy a breathtaking 360° view of the volcano and the sea.
There are 2 kitchens, an outside and a kitchenette inside.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven and all the necessary accessories, including the washing machine.
During winter time the house is perfectely heated with a wood-burning stove that makes it warm and comfortable.
A large bathroom with shower, 2 outdoor bathrooms with sink and toilet, and a large beautiful outdoor shower.
Provided all linens, sheets, towels, EXCLUDED towels for the SEA.
At guests disposal there is a organic garden with automatic watering, where tomatoes, peppers, aubergines, courgettes, salad, and the pumpkin are grown in season.
In the large garden of the House we just finished building a hot tub of hot sulphurous water, which I have not yet posted on the site. I am sending you some photos that aren't beautiful, but which gives you an idea.
The area is surrounded by sandy beaches and rocks, all accessible from 4 to 10 minutes walk. Access is completely free. At a distance of 15 minutes walk there are also beaches equipped with sun beds and parasols.

The house is in Piscità, the most exclusive and quietest part of Stromboli. The house is located in a huge garden with olive trees, eucalyptus, palms, lemon trees and oleanders.
It is made up of 5 large, fully furnished bedrooms, a spacious patio with a traditional stone bench built into the walls, tables, chairs, deckchairs, comfortable cushions and a terrace offering breathtaking 360° views of the volcano and the sea.
There is a well equiped traditional style kitchen with 2 wood burning ovens, a modern fridge, freezer , oven and a dishwasher.
In winter the house is well heated with an enclosed fireplace and radiators making it warm and comfortable.
3 large bathrooms inside, an outdoor bathroom (with sink, toilet and bidet) and a separate outdoor shower ensure easy access.
All linen is provided, including sheets, towels, and bathrobes HOWEVER we do NOT provide beach towels and we request that you do not take the house towels to the beach.
Guests are welcome to use the organic vegetable garden which has an automatic watering system and can pick tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, zucchini , lettuce and pumpkin when in season.
The area is surrounded by sandy beaches, and pebble beaches 4 to 10 minutes walk from the house. Access to these beaches is free of charge. A 15 minutes walk will take you to other beaches where sunbeds and beach umbrellas are available for hire.

BEST LAKE VIEW !!!
This fantastic and unique apartment is located on the second and top floor of a two level house. The house is surrounded by a beautiful, peaceful and well kept green garden where our guests can lounge freely and it has its own independent entrance.
The apartment is very largely proportioned (about 100 sq/mt) and it has high ceilings and large windows. It is composed of 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and bidet and a very big living/dining area which opens on a 40 sq/mt terrace through a series of glass doors. From the terrace you will see one of the most amazing views of the Lake! During a clear day you can see the entire lake, from est to west and from north to south :) FREE parking in front of the house.

The Villa is located six kilometers from the center of Verona, in Contrada Vendri, name you want to derive from Venus, as in Roman times, it is said there was a temple, now under the little church of San Zeno, dedicated to this Goddess. Throughout the Valpantena, which owes its name to the nearby Pantheon early Christian Santa Maria in Stelle, there are many Roman remains; it seems that the days of King Theodoric (in V - VI century) there were in the valley of the Roman villas. In the basement of Ca 'Vendri you were found columns aligned with the base, and in the walls of the polished stones apparent recovery of a previous building. Before the construction of Villa already existed tower and adjoining house, which contained an oratory and later an olive press.

The main building, said "building" is constituted by a square of twenty-seven meters per side, divided over three floors (for a total area of more than 2 thousand square meters). The "piano nobile" (with high ceilings and seven five meters) rests on the "times" of the ground floor (three meters high), and is overlooked by the rooms of the attic (with a height of 2.80 meters). The Villa , surrounded by seven hectares of park and just a few minutes , even cycle , from the center of Verona , are 12 rooms with bathrooms that combine historic charm with the convenience of today. It can then arrange short trips and meetings renting the villa for groups up to 20 people . The pretext may be cultural , leisure , work without that one thing excludes the other .
