Für unseren Weißwein haben wir einen eleganten Weißburgunder gewählt – frisch, harmonisch und zeitlos. Unser Rotwein ist ein echter Südtiroler Klassiker: Vernatsch – Kalterersee Classico Superiore "Leuchtenberg" Kellerei Kaltern.

Per il vino bianco abbiamo scelto un elegante pinto bianco — fresco, armonioso e senza tempo.
Il nostro vino rosso è un grande classico altoatesino: Kalterersee Classico Superiore "Leuchtenberg" — leggero, elegante e profondamente legato alla tradizione della nostra regione. Cantina Caldaro

For our white wine, we chose a refined and elegant pinot blanc — fresh, harmonious, and timeless.
Our red wine is a true South Tyrolean classic:– Kalterersee Classico Superiore "Leuchtenberg" by Kellerei Kaltern — light, elegant, and deeply connected to the tradition of our region.

Margit – Senior Chefin, die gute Seele im Eggele. Zuhörerin und manchmal auch Psychologin, immer mit einem offenen Ohr, von früh bis spät präsent. Für unsere Gäste hat sie immer einen guten Wandertipp parat und weiß genau, wo es die besten Südtiroler Qualitätsprodukte gibt. ⛰️

Margit – capo senior, l’anima e il cuore dell’Eggele. Sempre pronta ad ascoltare e a volte anche un po’ psicologa, con un orecchio sempre aperto, presente dalla mattina presto fino a sera. Per i nostri ospiti ha sempre il consiglio perfetto per un’escursione e sa esattamente dove trovare i migliori prodotti di qualità dell’Alto Adige. ⛰️

She always has the perfect hiking tip ready for our guests and knows exactly where to find the best South Tyrolean quality products. ⛰️

What you must have seen and experienced over all these years? It’s not in your nature to reveal your secrets – but we would love to listen to your stories. Of births and farewells, of heartfelt prayers by the “Herrgottswinkel”, of countless glasses of wine and meaningful conversations. Of laughter, tears, and hope. Of life.
