A stolen kiss between two of our wonderful guests, S&P, wrapped in the golden light of a Tuscan evening. Embracing on the balcony of their apartment, just above the ancient inscription that welcomes visitors to Il Borghetto:
Parva sed apta mihi
“Small, but perfectly suited to me.”
These words capture something we feel deeply about Il Borghetto. They reflect the spirit of a place that is intimate and authentic, a place we hope will become your own little home away from home.
Whenever we see our guests sharing an embrace, exchanging a tender glance, or simply walking hand in hand, we feel a profound sense of joy. Because we believe that a place that gathers love is a place that gives love back.
And perhaps that is the most beautiful thought we could hope to leave with you❤️

🇮🇹Un bacio rubato a due dei nostri meravigliosi ospiti, S&P, avvolti dalla luce dorata della sera. Abbracciati sul balcone del loro appartamento, proprio sopra l’antica iscrizione che accoglie chi entra al Borghetto:
“Parva sed apta mihi”
“Piccola, ma adatta a me.”
È un motto che sentiamo profondamente nostro e che racchiude l’essenza del Borghetto: un luogo intimo e autentico , che vorremmo diventasse per ognuno di voi una piccola casa lontana da casa , perfetta per sentirsi bene.
Quando vi vediamo abbracciarvi, scambiarvi uno sguardo pieno di tenerezza o passeggiare mano nella mano, proviamo un’emozione difficile da descrivere. Perché crediamo che un luogo che custodisce l’Amore sia anche un luogo capace di restituirlo.

Here we are, welcoming new guests as others head home.

Every stay leaves us with something special and that’s what we love most about our job : a laugh among the olive trees, a sunset conversation, a memory that lingers long after the suitcases are packed.

Before every arrival, we prepare each apartment with care. We clean, make the beds, and pay attention to every little detail, knowing that soon it will become the setting for new memories.

Our wish is simple: that Tuscany becomes more than a destination—it becomes an experience and that Il Borghetto is more than just a place to stay, but a place where you feel welcomed, comfortable, and a little bit at home.

Because every guest becomes part of our story and when you leave, you take a small piece of ours with you.

🇮🇹Eccoci qua tra ospiti che arrivano e ospiti che partono.

Ogni soggiorno ci lascia qualcosa di speciale di voi ed e’ ciò che più amiamo del nostro lavoro : una risata tra gli ulivi, una chiacchierata al tramonto, un ricordo che resta anche quando le valigie sono già in macchina.

Prima del vostro arrivo, prepariamo gli appartamenti, li puliamo, rifacciamo letti e curiamo anche con dedizione ogni dettaglio, sapendo che presto quel luogo diventerà custode di nuovi vostri ricordi.
