B&B La Cornice

11/10/2026

🤎 Our last day of the season at B&B La Cornice 🤎

Another wonderful season is coming to an end, and this year a little earlier than usual. I’ll be taking a few weeks to rest and get ready for the new arrival in our family✨

It has been such a special season, filled with new guests, familiar faces, returning friends, beautiful conversations and so many lovely memories.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stayed with us, came back to visit, recommended us or simply shared a little piece of your journey with us. ❤️

Now it’s time for a little rest… and a lot of excitement for what’s coming next! 🍀

All the best to all of you — and good luck to us too! 😉

See you next year!
Benedetta 🤎

🍂 Autumn days at B&B La Cornice… 🍂

The light is changing.
The air is softer.
And there’s a different feeling in the air… ✨

This year, something is about to change for us.
Something we’ve been quietly waiting for. 🤍

That’s why our season will come to an end a little earlier than usual…

October 11th will be our last day.

Only a few rooms are still available.
So if you’ve been dreaming of a little autumn escape in Tuscany…
this might be your last chance this year.

🌑 SOLAR ECLIPSE — 12 AUGUST 2026 🌅

If you’re in San Gimignano and want to experience this special moment, our recommendation is:

📍 Sensano – Poggio del Comune
One of the best spots for an open view towards the West/North-West, where you can enjoy the eclipse over the beautiful Tuscan hills.

🕢 Arrive around 7:30 PM
🌑 Maximum eclipse: around 8:20 PM
🌅 Sunset: around 8:23 PM

👉 Look for the highest, most open spot possible, with no trees or buildings blocking the horizon, and face West/North-West.

⚠️ Very important: only look at the Sun through ISO 12312-2 certified eclipse glasses. Never look directly at the Sun, even when it is close to the horizon. YOU’LL FIND GLASSES IN YOUR ROOM😉

✨ A very special sunset, with San Gimignano behind you and the sky changing before your eyes.

Three generations, one unforgettable experience. ❤️

Grandmother, mother and granddaughter sharing laughter, stories and traditions while enjoying the breathtaking view of San Gimignano, delicious local food and fine Tuscan w**e.

Moments like these are what make our cooking classes so special: bringing people together around authentic flavors, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Thank you for choosing to experience Tuscany with us. 🍷🍝🌿

Here are coconut muffins with blueberry jam 🫐🥥
A special recipe from Antonio, my friend Laura’s dad.

Here, every recipe has a story to tell 💛
Last summer Antonio and Annalisa came to visit me, and between chats Annalisa taught me two family recipes… this is one of them.

Simple flavors, full of memories ✨
