19th-century Villa where modern luxury blends with timeless history. Michelin 🗝️ 26'

Autumn arrives in the olive grove.

Each October, the rhythm of the estate slows to the pace of the harvest: careful hands, wicker baskets and fruit ripening from green to violet. On our farm, every olive is pressed into our own extra virgin olive oil, a true taste of these Abruzzo hills.

The olive harvest has begun at Villa Corallo.

A heartfelt thank you to Laura Dominici and the editorial team at Il Sole 24 ORE for including us in their feature on the Teramo side of Abruzzo, a land of untouched nature, stories worth telling and genuine hospitality.

Being part of this story means a great deal to us. At Villa Corallo and Zunica Ospitalità dal 1880 we work every day to share an Abruzzo that is still a little off the map: an estate where the land, the kitchen and the welcome all speak the same language, and where every guest becomes part of it.

🌿 Slow farming, the way nature intended.

Relais Villa Corallo is more than a place to stay — it's home to a working organic farm in the heart of Abruzzo.

Here, our Central Apennines White Bullock IGP cattle live in semi-liberty: no fixed enclosures, just wide open pastures that we rotate through the seasons, and a natural shelter they're free to use whenever they please. It's a slower, more respectful way of working the land — one built on animal welfare, balance and care.

This is real organic farming. And it's yours to discover.

Some places ask you to do nothing but breathe. 🌿

Relais Villa Corallo sits within an 80-hectare estate in the heart of Abruzzo, where the only thing on the agenda is a slow walk and the sound of the countryside.

Follow the Lavender Path, the Cypress Path or the Olive Path — three routes, three moods, three ways to lose track of time among the hills.

This is Abruzzo living, unhurried and real.

Morning, reimagined as ritual.

At Relais Villa Corallo, breakfast is a bespoke masterpiece — a daily homage to seasonality and the noblest provenance. Leavened pastries baked fresh at dawn, ancient-grain breads and long-matured sourdough, rosemary focaccia with sea salt, and small-batch organic jams from a local regenerative farm.

À la carte, only the highest lineage: artisan cheeses from small local dairies, sun-ripened tomatoes dressed in our estate's own extra virgin olive oil, herbs from the private kitchen garden, heritage-breed eggs and our black truffle speciality from the Monti Sibillini — with cold-pressed seasonal juices prepared to order.

Every creation is tailored to you, so that waking becomes an intimate, utterly exclusive experience. Sweet mastery by our pastry chef .
