Tuscany Holidays Apt & Rooms it’s a newly restored house available for long/short term travellers intended to visit Tuscany,one of the most beautiful region in Italy.
This 330 square meter house is composed by 2 Apartments. Apt no.233 has 3 double bedrooms with private bath room,1 kitchen with fireplace and 1 living rooms. Apt no. 235 has 2 double bedrooms with private bath room,1 kitchen with fireplace and 1 living rooms All rooms are equipped with air conditioning system,TV with SAT,free Wi-Fi,hot water.
There is also a snack room where you can sit and have a hot drink and a snack.
Outside there is garden with Barbeque set.
You can rent just a room or a full apartment in case of groups of travellers.
Tuscany Holidays is located in the middle of Tuscany viewing Pisa 30 km far,Livorno 50 km far,Firenze 50 km far, Lucca 30 km far, Siena 90 km far and seaside (Marina di Pisa and Tirrenia) just 40 km far.
You will have the opportunity to visit our popular Chianti Hills with wonderfull landscapes,taste our regional cuisine and our famous Olive Oil and Chianti Wine.
Within 200 meters nearby you can find coffee bar,restaurant,supermarket and pharmacy shop, pizza/kebab,bakery shop,fruit shop and many other restaurant/pizzerias available within 3/400 meters.The Old City of Santa Maria a Monte is just few steps away.
We speak Italian,English,Español,Francaise,po Polsku,po Russki,Românește.
The nearest Airports are Firenze and Pisa while nearest train Station is San Romano/Montopoli just 4 km away.
If you come by car then take the freeway FI-PI-LI and exit Montopoli Val d’Arno just 1 km far from us.
