ENGLISH: The house is very cozy and comfortable, originally furnished with great attention for private use, it has been completely renovated this spring. There are two more sleeps on a comfortable fold-out sofa, and a single sofa bed for a total of five people. The "L" shaped common space allows some privacy for the rooms, and the house is very quiet and pleasant, with a garden, a terraced patio a
nd a lot of trees and plants: you can rest under the pines, in the front area, enjoy the view and a pleasant breeze even during the hottest hours of summer. The coast is 10-15 minutes walk witha good number of shops along the way. The sea is crystal clear and you can choose between sandy or rocky beaches. Many attractions within few kilometers: archaeological, monumental, beaches, sailing, diving and surfing, spas, wineries, many excellent restaurants and pizzerias, pubs, discos, concerts, etc. We recommend the use of a vehicle to move tomato the most of the area: the position is perfect: Rome, Isola Del Giglio, Tuscany, Siena, Montalcino and much more! Rome St. Peter's station, can be reached easily and cheaply by train in 40 minutes or on the highway. If you are looking for a base in a strategic position to discover, near the sea and the many services, this could be your choice, but often our guests just choose a "lazy" relax and stay home. ITALIAN: La casa è molto accogliente e confortevole, inizialmente arredata con cura per uso privato, è stata completamente rinnovata questa primavera. La camera da letto è intima e si può vedere il mare dal letto! Ci sono due posti letto più su un comodo divano pieghevole, e un divano letto singolo per un totale di cinque posti. Lo spazio comune forma a "L" permette una certa riservatezza per le sistemazioni, e casa è molto tranquilla e piacevole, con un giardino terrazzato e molti alberi e piante: si può stare sotto i pini, nella zona anteriore, godere della vista e una piacevole brezza anche nelle ore più calde dell'estate. La costa è di 10-15 minuti a piedi, un buon numero di negozi lungo la strada. Il mare è cristallino e si può scegliere tra spiagge sabbiose o rocciose. Molte le attrazioni nel raggio di pochi chilometri: archeologiche, monumentali, spiagge attrezzate, vela, immersioni e surf, centri termali, cantine, molti ristoranti e pizzerie eccellenti, pub, discoteche, concerti, ecc. Si consiglia l'utilizzo di un veicolo per muoversi al meglio nell'area: la posizione è strategica tra Roma, Isola Del Giglio, Toscana, Siena, Montalcino e molto altro ancora! Roma è raggiungibile comodamente ed economicamente in treno in 40 minuti alla stazione di S.Pietro, o in autostrada. Se siete alla ricerca di una base in posizione strategica per le vostre escursioni, vicino al mare e ai numerosi servizi, questa potrebbe essere la vostra scelta, ma spesso i nostri ospiti "pigri" si rilassano e restano a casa . :)
