The apartments are provided with every comfort: an equipped kitchen, bathroom with high quality fixtures and a shower stall, hairdryer, accommodation up to five beds, air conditioning, a small safe, a tv with decoder for digital channels, and a free internet connection. We offer different services: organized excursions, trekking, guided tours, diving with a club instructor, “pescaturismo” tours on the "Passerelle" (the special boats used for fishing swordfish), itinerary tours of the wine and food throughout Calabria, electric bycicle renting, free consultation of maps, guide books, and books about Calabria, grocery shopping delivery, car service from and to the airport, discounts with restaurants and beach of the area, guarded parking with fee at 300 mt, and much more. To get to the see the distance from the cliffs it’s 10 mt, whereas to get to the beautiful "Beach of the Mermaids" you will have to walk for just five minutes, 300 mt, through the village and the harbour. On the ground floor until late you can try the special happy hour cocktails made with local food and local wines, and also purchase high quality food and wine of the Calabrian tradition. We also regularly schedule live music sessions with the best regional and national folks groups, theatrical representations, and meeting with the local craftsmen, and sometimes passing by Casa Vela your attention will be grabed by street artists that will captivate you with their enchanting perfomances…

Casa Vela è un B&B di prima categoria situato a Chianalea, il romantico borgo di pescatori e pittoresco quartiere di Scilla, annoverato tra i Borghi più belli d'Italia. Casa Vela è un B&B accogliente, rifinito con eleganza ed arredato con particolare cura. E' composto da cinque monolocali di 40 mq ciascuno, raggiungibili attraverso un’elegante scalinata in pietra, e da un esclusivo attico di 80 mq da cui si gode di una straordinaria vista mare ed è possibile ammirare i meravigliosi colori cangianti della Costa Viola. I monolocali sono dotati di ogni comfort: cucina ben attrezzata, bagno con cabina doccia, phon e sanitari di prima qualità, capacità fino a quattro/cinque posti letto, climatizzatore, piccola cassaforte, tv con digitale terrestre, connessione internet gratuita. Offriamo diversi servizi quali: organizzazione di escursioni, trekking, visite guidate, immersioni guidate con il Diving Club, pescaturismo sulle "Passerelle", le speciali imbarcazioni per la caccia al Pescespada, itinerari eno-gastronomici in tutta la Calabria, noleggio biciclette a pedalata assistita elettrica, consultazione gratuita di guide turistiche, mappe e libri sulla Calabria,spesa a domicilio, servizio navetta da/per l'aeroporto, convenzioni con lidi e ristoranti della zona, parcheggio custodito a pagamento a 300 mt e tanto altro ancora. La distanza dal mare di scoglio è di 10 metri, mentre la distanza dalla bellissima "Spiaggia delle Sirene" è di 300 metri, che si percorrono in 5 minuti a piedi, attraversando il Borgo e il porto.
