Casa Salsa Libre is a modern villa with 2 separate apartments and garden. Visit us in the months of April/May/June OR September/ October/November. Cheaper flights, cheaper rents and PERFECT WEATHER !! In 2013 we went swimming for the last time on December 7 with temperatures still around 25 degrees ;-)

DIVISION OF THE HOUSE:
We, the owners, live in the basement. We rent the ground floor and first floor as 1 apartment. Even if you rent it with only two people, the apartment will be completely at your disposal. GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge with TV and sofa bed (2 persons), kitchen, bathroom and garden with barbeque.
1st FLOOR:
2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom with 1 double bed and a balcony. One bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The basement and the other apartment have separate entrances. Free Parking. Large supermarket (Eurospin) in front of the house. PRICES:
The price includes gas / water / electricity, bed sheets and towels. The price is based on minimum two persons. Each additional person, up to a total of 7 people, will pay a reduced rate. ROOMS:
Each room has air-conditioning (hot air for the winter)
In addition, on each floor there are mosquito nets for those who prefer fresh/natural air
In every bathroom we have a hairdryer. We speak Dutch, English, German, French and Italian. Washing machine:
For those who want to wash something, there are three possibilities:
1) you have a large sink behind the terrace for small washes
2) You can give whatever you want to us, because we have the washmachine down in the basement
3) you can bring the things you like to wash to the laundry which is 2 minutes away from our house. AREA:
Casa Salsa Libre is located at short distance from the "Poetto" (the famous white sand beach of Cagliari, 12km long, with many bars and restaurants) in a strategic point halfway between the beautiful beaches of Chia / P**a to one side and at the other hand the beautifull beaches of Villasimius. Casa Salsa Libre is located in Selargius, a beautiful town with 30.000 inhabitants, where you will find all that you need as a big shopping center "Le Vele", cinema, bus, laundry etc. .. Three or four time every hour there leaves a bus to the capital Cagliari and the sea (Poetto). In 10 minutes you are either in town or by the sea. From the airport you can take bus number 11 towards Selargius. From the port / city you can take the bus number 30 towards Selargius. Directly behind the supermarket Eurospin (Viale Trieste), you will find Casa Salsa Libre in
Via Francesco Crispi 55. Cagliari is a beautiful old town with 160.000 inhabitants in the center and in the complete province 470.000 inhabitants. Tourist information is available in your apartment. The mild clima of Sardinia gives you the chance to spend your holiday throughout the year. You can excercise any kind of sport / hobby twelve months a year
