Our very first grape harvest at Vallerosa 🍇

Picked by hand, carried up the hill, sorted together and crushed the old-fashioned way — with lots of hands, lots of laughter and very purple fingers.

Our first vendemmia. Our own grapes, from our little piece of Italy.
We have absolutely no idea yet what the w**e will taste like… but somehow, that’s part of the magic🍷

In de buurt vind je verschillende leuke restaurantjes waar je heerlijk kan eten. Een absolute aanrader voor de liefhebbers van goed vlees is Ristorante Da Lina.

Bestel daar zeker eens de tagliata di manzo (cottura sangue): perfect gegrild rundsvlees, eenvoudig en puur, precies zoals de Italiaanse keuken bedoeld is.

Begin je maaltijd ook zeker met de supplì della nonna als antipasto – knapperige rijstballetjes met een zachte, hartige vulling. Een kleine traditie hier, en eigenlijk te lekker om over te slaan. 🍷
