Gli appartamenti, Il Girasole, L'Olivo, Il Grano, Il Ciliegio e Il Nido, sono ammobiliati e completamente accessoriati per il vostro soggiorno nelle Marche e hanno tutti ingresso indipendente, soggiorno con cucina e bagno privato. Se amate i colori, i suoni e i profumi della campagna potete apparecchiare la tavola, bervi un caffè o leggere un libro sotto il porticato della Villa o godere degli altri spazi esterni attrezzati. Snuggled in the splendid rolling hills of Le Marche region, only 7 km away from Senigallia and its beaches and characteristic historical centre, Villa Pedossa is the ideal spot for your holiday escape in Italy, from the frenetic rhythm of the city, alone, or with your family or friends, without giving up the style and city's comforts: Your Country Escape! The Villa itself is a very old farmhouse which dates back to the end of the 1700s. It has been beautifully restored respecting its original structure and paying particular attention to details and to the selection of furnishings, all that resulting in a combination of tradition and elegance, style and function. Villa Pedossa has 5 holiday apartments sleeping a total of 12 up to 18 or 20 persons (if kids are travelling). The apartments, Il Girasole (the sunflower), L'Olivo (the olive tree), Il Grano (the wheat), Il Ciliegio (the cherry tree) and Il Nido (the nest), all with independent entrance, kitchen with living room and private bath, are completely finely furnished and equipped for your pleasure and relaxation in the splendid Marche countryside. You can relax in the open air, read a book, have a meal outdoors, all at your disposition in the splendidly tended lawn of soft grass surrounded by the olive grove. The lawn gently slopes down to the swimming pool area where at Villa Pedossa well-being encounters nature: here you can have a swim in the large pool with slighly salty water (mt 14x6), take a relaxing bath in the hot tub, sunbath in the solarium with deck chairs, beach beds and umbrellas, sit in the comfy sofas of the poolside gazebo or of the gazebo by the orchard, enjoy a relaxing massage in the dedicated area of our garden, have a yoga class, spend carefree time with your loved ones by all the exterior living areas equipped for your al-fresco dining, play bocce on the professional court, cook with the barbeque or try to bake in the wood fired oven. Fu acquistata dal nonno Ezio Frattesi nel 1949 che insieme al figlio Alessandro si sono dedicati con cuore e anima al restauro e alla cura della villa.
