Gaiole in Chianti Pretaccione Rental

Perfect Chianti location! Close to all of the must see castles, small towns and amazing wineries. This three bdrm, two bath apartment is comfortably furnished.

You and your guests will discover something new each day or spend your days enjoying the apartment while cooking meals, swimming or playing tennis! The owners of this property have been visiting Tuscany for years, and just fell in love with the area - the people, the food, the wine, the lifestyle. A dream came true for them when they purchased their own little piece of the region. Since they cannot live there year-round (yet), they are pleased to offer their quaint home for rent so others may also create their own Italian vacation memories in this beautiful setting. Podere Pretaccione is a 1000 year old Tuscan building that was once the home of itinerant priests. Located in the heart of the Chianti Classico wine region, Pretaccione provides a restful, rural setting just 30 minutes from historic Siena and 10 minutes to Gaiole in Chianti, home of the L’Eroica bike race. There are terracotta floors and beamed ceilings throughout. A large swimming pool and tennis court are also available for use.
