Built in the 13th Century, the Palazzetto Rosso is located in the center of the historical city, only few steps away from the Palazzo Pubblico and the Duomo, where for centuries the city wards of Siena confront each other biannually in the form of a renowned horse race called the Palio di Siena. ated under the supervision of the Soprintendenza for the Architectural Goods.
