“This flat was perfect for our stay in Siena. Located in the very heart of the city, it is spacious and very comfortable with stunning views from the windows. There is every thing that you could need in the flat and Silvia is an excellent host. All communications were swiftly dealt with and she was especially kind in allowing us to change our check in and checkout times which was so helpful in our travel planning. We got a lovely welcome when we arrived and she gave us useful tips where to buy groceries ect. The flat was spotlessly clean and although literally being just a few steps away from the Campo and Duomo was quiet at night. This was our first trip to Siena and we all want to return. Thank you Silvia.”

L'estate 2017 ci ha portato graditi ospiti dal : Canada, dall'Italia, dalla Repubblica Ceca, dalla Spagna, dalla Francia e dal Regno Unito e per questo Autunno li attendiamo anche dagli Stati Uniti dalla Tailandia ....che dire in così poco tempo abbiamo fatto il giro di mezzo mondo !!!!

Una ubicación inmejorable, con vistas espectaculares. La casa está preparada para estancias tanto cortas como largas. Cómoda y bonita. Y la ciudad supera las expectativas. Silvia es un verdadero encanto. Repetiría sin duda.

This is amazing apartment!!! Right in the center of Siena. 2 mins from cathedral, 5 mins from main square. Very well equipped, clean, amazing view from the window. We were warmly welcomed by Silvia. She helped us to get orientation in the city. City itself is definitely worth seeing. A lot of sightseeing, great restaurants, amazing gelato... The only watch out is luggage - it is approximately 750m walk from the stadium car park.... no cars in the center...

Siamo alla fine di Giugno......il Palio alle porte... e Le Carrozze sospende casualmente la sua attività per qualche giorno!!!!
Ma non vi preoccupate vi aspettiamo a Luglio!!!

Wherever you are coming from, we can’t wait for you to experience the uniqueness of Siena’s history and art and its astounding countryside, rich in natural beauty, outstanding food and wines and…. more history and art
We have designed this apartment so that it can be your home away from home, right in the middle of the city and the action and yet quiet and peaceful and with a gorgeous view on this magical city.
We are from Siena, although we have travelled the world extensively and lived abroad for several years, at different times. And yet, there is something here which always calls you back, a sense of home, of beauty, of belonging which goes far beyond career, money and other less emotional considerations.
And it is like this for everyone we know, in Siena.
We have chosen to live in the countryside, at the beginning of the Chianti hills, just outside Siena and have bought this place to be closer to the city and, honestly, just because its position, its beauty and the views stole our heart away.
As we cannot enjoy it every day, we are very happy to share the apartment and everything it represents for us with you, dear guest(s), and we do hope that you will share in these special feelings.
And like all feelings, they must be both enjoyed to their fullest extent but also respected at all times: so do enjoy the apartment and the experience and make sure that you treasure it like we do.

Gentile Ospite (i),
Da ovunque tu venga, non vediamo l'ora che tu possa vivere l'unicità della storia e dell'arte di Siena e della sua campagna stupenda, ricca di bellezze naturali, cibi e vini deliziosi e .... ancora arte e storia.
Abbiamo progettato questo appartamento in modo che possa essere la tua casa lontano da casa, proprio in pieno centro, in un vicolo silenzioso e tranquillo e con una splendida vista su questa magica città.
Noi siamo di Siena, anche se abbiamo viaggiato molto e vissuto all'estero per diversi anni. Eppure c'è qualcosa qui che ti chiama sempre indietro, un senso di bellezza, di appartenenza che va ben al di là della carriera lavorativa del denaro e di altre considerazioni meno emozionali.
Ed è così per tutti noi che veniamo da Siena.
Abbiamo scelto di vivere in campagna, vicino alle colline del Chianti, appena fuori Siena e abbiamo acquistato questo posto per essere più vicini alla città e, onestamente, perché la sua posizione, la sua bellezza e lo splendido panorama hanno rubato il nostro cuore.
Poiché non possiamo godercelo tutto l'anno , siamo molto lieti di condividere l'appartamento e tutto quello che rappresenta per noi con te, caro ospite, e speriamo che tu possa condividere i nostri sentimenti e le nostre emozioni.
E come tutti i sentimenti, devono essere sia goduti al massimo, ma anche rispettati in ogni momento.

Ecco la prima recenzione!!!!

L'appartamento di Silvia è fantastico. Ha reso il nostro viaggio a Siena perfetto. Situato nel cuore della città, puoi raggiungere a piedi qualsiasi posto, appartato e lontano dai rumori. La vista dalle finestre è bellissima una delle migliori che abbiamo mai avuto. Silvia è stata un'ottima padrona di casa, è facile comunicare con lei e ci ha dato un caldo benvenuto nel suo grazioso appartamento. La casa è comoda per 4 persone. Le foto non le rendono giustizia, è più grande di quanto sembri e c'è abbastanza spazio per rilassarsi e sentirsi a casa. Bell'appartamento Bella città, torneremo sicuramente a visitarla!! Grazie Silvia!!
