We were invited by Alberto Negro, founder and driving force behind Torre S. Emiliano, to discover up close the dairy farm we have chosen for the cheeses you find in our kitchen, at breakfast and during our aperitivi.

We discovered a story that begins in Sardinia and continues here in Salento, with a small flock of sheep and two shepherds, cheesemakers carrying on a family tradition passed down through generations.

A story made of land, nature, research, tradition and passion.

14 settembre, in prima serata su Rai 3, c’eravamo anche noi.

Tra le centinaia di splendide realtà dell’ospitalità della provincia di Lecce, la scelta per le riprese de Lo Stato delle Cose è caduta sui Tre Bacili.
È stato un momento che abbiamo accolto con emozione e gratitudine, perché ci ha dato l’onore di rappresentare, attraverso la nostra Dimora, Spongano e la sua comunità.
Una comunità fatta di persone, di lavoro e di bellezza, che ogni giorno contribuisce a rendere speciale questo angolo di Salento.

Grazie a tutte e tutti coloro che hanno permesso che i Tre Bacili venissero scelti per queste riprese. È una soddisfazione che sentiamo nostra, ma che desideriamo condividere con chi ci è stato vicino e ha contribuito a questo piccolo, grande momento.
Perché quando una realtà di Spongano viene scelta e raccontata, in qualche modo, sentiamo che a essere raccontato è un pezzetto di tutti noi.
