As the day shifts towards evening, Kori Bar changes its rhythm. Cocktails bright with citrus and local botanicals give way to a drink list inspired by Sicilian myths, accompanied by tapas as the light fades over the bay.

The new cocktail menu at Atlantis Bay takes guests on a journey from the depths of the Mediterranean to the mythical heights of Olympus. Its story emerged during Cyclone Harry, transforming a moment of darkness into an imaginative celebration of Sicily.

Throughout the menu, the island is expressed through flavour: the minerality of volcanic terrain, the salinity of the coastline and ingredients sourced from small local producers. International influences are woven into each recipe, allowing classic cocktails to be experienced in surprising new and unexpected ways.
