Step in, and the room does the rest. The room doesn’t ask you to unwind: it simply waits until you do.Nothing here rushes you. Linen heavy enough to sink into, light that falls exactly where it should, stone that’s been chosen, not just used. Even the walls seem to breathe slower, holding the same stillness the land does outside them: every detail decided on purpose, down to the silence.
This isn’t rest by accident. It’s rest by design.
Wellness doesn’t end when you close the door. It simply changes shape.

Il Mediterraneo si è fermato a Taranto.

In occasione dei XX Giochi del Mediterraneo, il Relais Histò ha avuto l’onore di accogliere Capi di Stato, Capi di Governo e delegazioni ufficiali di sette Paesi delle due sponde del Mediterraneo.

Insieme a loro, la delegazione istituzionale italiana, con tre Ministri della Repubblica.

Il ringraziamento più grande va al nostro staff. Sono loro, in ogni foto, la ragione per cui questa masseria del Cinquecento sa accogliere capi di Stato con la stessa naturalezza con cui accoglie chiunque varchi il portale.

During the XX Mediterranean Games, Relais Histò had the honour of welcoming Heads of State, Heads of Government and official delegations from seven countries across both shores of the Mediterranean, alongside the Italian institutional delegation with three Ministers of the Republic.

Our deepest thanks go to our team. In every one of these photographs, they are the reason a sixteenth-century masseria can welcome heads of state with the same ease it welcomes anyone who steps through its gate.

Dietro ogni foto che vedete c’è una squadra.

C’è chi si è alzato alle cinque per far trovare il caffè giusto, chi ha imparato a memoria un nome e un’esigenza, chi non compare in nessuna inquadratura e ha tenuto in piedi tutto il resto.

In questi giorni il Relais Histò ha accolto il Ministro per lo Sport e i Giovani Andrea Abodi Ministro per lo Sport e i Giovani , il Ministro per gli Affari Europei, il PNRR e le Politiche di Coesione Tommaso Foti Dipartimento per gli Affari Europei e il Ministro del Turismo Gianmarco Mazzi ministero del Turismo🇮🇹 : le istituzioni che hanno reso possibili i XX Giochi del Mediterraneo e hanno permesso a Taranto di mostrarsi per quello che è.

Li abbiamo accolti come accogliamo chiunque varchi il nostro cancello. Vederli sorridere accanto ai nostri ragazzi è la fotografia che ci portiamo dietro.

L’ultimo scatto è per Davide Tizzano, Presidente del Comitato Internazionale dei Giochi del Mediterraneo International Committee of the Mediterranean Games ospite lungo il cammino verso Taranto 2026. È stato il primo a crederci. Oggi questi Giochi portano la sua firma.

Very important days for us, both as people and as professionals. After more than two years of working day by day, our entire team is finally ready for the Mediterranean Games.

The land here doesn’t just surround the practice: it sets the pace. Some places are built for movement; this one was made for the opposite.
Nature here doesn’t perform for you. It simply gives you a reason to slow down, breath by breath. That’s where the practice begins: not on the mat, but in the stillness the land offers before you even step onto it. Yoga doesn’t ask this place to change. It simply asks you to notice what was already there, becoming less a practice you bring here, and more one this place was already holding, waiting to be picked up.
