Casa del Tesoro art & design Set in the countryside between Marche and Romagna, an 18th century farmhouse, surrounded by peaceful garden, olive trees and cultivated fields.

The large villa is decorated with taste, eclecticism and elegance by designer, artist, and renaissance man, Paul, an Englishman who has lived in Italy for 30 years . The house has 3 large, pleasant and interesting rooms with a spectacular view over the countryside. The area dedicated to guests is upstairs, comprising 2 double rooms which open on to a large south-facing terrace and share a large ba

throom with shower and jacuzzi. The 3rd bedroom down the corridor is large enough to accomodate 4 people and has its own bathroom. On the landing, you will find fresh fruits, tea and coffee. With Paul you will share the lobby, the outside veranda, the garden and patios. At your convenience, you can help yourself to breakfast, between 8 and 11:30 in the kitchen downstairs. Paul and sometimes I (Letizia) live here, happy to welcome you and assist you with any query you may have about the area. Paul can sometimes be busy making theatre costumes, painting, handcrafting stage sets and props or preparing a delicious dinner.

“È stata sicuramente un’esperienza unica. Con un prezzo ragionevole siamo riusciti a trovare un luogo dove lusso ed eleganza s’incontrano e che ci hanno accompagnato durante tutta la nostra permanenza. Casa che ha una storia dietro ad ogni pezzo d’arte esposto, e vi consigliamo di chiedere tutto tranquillamente al simpatico e cordiale Paul che vi spiegherà ogni piccola storia con passione (Letizia purtroppo abbiamo avuto solo il piacere di incontrarla per breve tempo). Colazione ottima (complimenti alle marmellate fatte in casa) e di ampia scelta. Posizione della casa tranquilla impiegando un piccolo sforzo con il gps per cercarla. Nel complesso una più che ottima impressione. Esperienza che rifaremo volentieri in caso di altri soggiorni in zona. ”

“Loved my stay at Letizia's place. She is super friendly and available to help. Communication is quick and was also . Even if I only stayed for one night I would definitely come back and enjoy the beautiful scenery that surrounds the house. Waking up and walking out on the balcony is stunning, as well as being so quiet at night. Best sleep I've had in a while! :) thanks!”
