Villa Iole is located in a quiet residence located a 5-minute walk from the sea and few kilometers from Palermo Falcone - Borsellino. From the terrace of the house you can enjoy the view of the beautiful coast of Terrasini. The area where the house is located is called Calarossa and takes its name from the red of the Terrasini coast.Still off the main tourist guides on Sicily, Terrasini is a lovely town fortunately still untouched by mass tourism. Its coasts and beaches are frequented often for surfing and windsurfing, sailing, kite surfing, diving etc. Near Villa Romana, the nature reserve of Caporama and the surrounding hills are ideal for hiking and cycling, although even the local museum D'Aumale and its archaeological, folklore and nature deserve a visit. 3 bedrooms, kitchen-living room, 2 shower rooms, solarium with shower, terrace and private garden. It is also pleasant to spend time on the veranda and enjoy the sun in the beautiful garden.
