"One with nature" – for us, this is not just a claim, but something we live every day in everything we do. 🌱 Local cycles, seasonal and regional produce, and the nature surrounding our house are our daily source of inspiration and our natural rhythm. A large part of our ingredients also comes directly from our own agriculture and vegetable garden with views of the hotel – closer to nature and fresher simply isn’t possible.

We are therefore especially delighted that this commitment has now been officially recognised: we have been awarded South Tyrol Sustainability Label Level 3 – the highest level of this sustainability certification.
