Beautiful villa set in 250 m2of land with a 15 metre length swimming pool, in the countryside but only 5km from the centre of Todi. The garden is built on 2 levels which surround the house, a large mulberry tree dominating the main patio, a garage and outside parking space. Entering the house via the large brick arched porch, on the ground floor is the lounge with a large open fireplace and 3 big

windows, a large kitchen with raised small fireplace, leading to the downstairs toilet, laundry, boiler room and Utility room which leads directly to the swimming pool area. On the first floor there are 2 master double rooms and two twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with bath and the other with a shower. The Sun room is a beautiful light veranda of 60mq with dramatic views of the city of Todi.
