🍂 L’autunno è arrivato sul Lago di Garda, e noi lo festeggiamo come sappiamo fare meglio: a tavola, con un calice in mano. 🥂

In occasione del Trento DOC festival, un piatto pensato apposta per accompagnare l’eleganza delle bollicine di montagna della cantina Moser Trento Trentodoc : il nostro risotto ai sapori alpini con Casolet della Val di Sole, funghi porcini, fichi fermentati e cenere di ginepro. Noi abbiamo l’acquolina in bocca, e voi? 🧡
