This summer we replaced every window and door across Casa Orchidea Apartments 🪟 — new frames, tighter seals, and insect screens on all of them. Sounds like a small thing, until the first warm night with the windows open and not a single buzz to keep you up 🦟🚫. The new glass also keeps the apartments cooler in the day and warmer once autumn comes 🌤️🍂 — one of those upgrades that quietly does more than it looks like.
