🚴‍♂️ From Belgium 🇧🇪 to Nepal 🇳🇵 by Bike 🚲 — A Remarkable Adventure

Some journeys go far beyond sport—they tell a story of courage, determination, and an endless desire to discover the world.

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming who set off from Belgium with an extraordinary goal: reaching Nepal by bicycle. Thousands of kilometers, countless countries, breathtaking landscapes, and unforgettable encounters await him on this incredible journey.

The Amalfi Coast has been one of the stops along his remarkable route, a place where breathtaking scenery, history, and warm hospitality come together. It is always a privilege to welcome travelers who choose the most challenging roads, because they often lead to the greatest experiences.

Today we’re making Linguine alla Nerano, one of the most iconic dishes from Italy’s Amalfi Coast. 🍝💚

Simple ingredients, authentic flavors, and a creamy texture that captures the essence of the Mediterranean.

📌 Ingredients:
• 400 g linguine
• 4 zucchini, thinly sliced
• 150 g grated Pecorino cheese
• Fresh basil
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Salt and black pepper to taste

👨‍🍳 Method:
1️⃣ Slice the zucchini into thin rounds and fry them in extra virgin olive oil until golden.
2️⃣ Cook the linguine in plenty of salted boiling water.
3️⃣ Reserve a cup of the pasta water and drain the pasta al dente.
4️⃣ Combine the zucchini and linguine in a large pan.
5️⃣ Add the grated Pecorino and gradually stir in the pasta water until a smooth, creamy sauce forms.
6️⃣ Finish with fresh basil and freshly ground black pepper.

A dish born in the seaside village of Nerano, where simplicity becomes pure elegance on the plate. ✨
