UNA NOTTE, UNA STELLA, UN DESIDERIO

La Notte di San Lorenzo arriva a Trieste con il suo rito più bello: alzare gli occhi e aspettare una scia luminosa nel cielo.

ONE NIGHT, ONE STAR, ONE WISH

The Night of San Lorenzo arrives in Trieste with its most beautiful tradition: looking up and waiting for a luminous trail across the sky.

Tonight, August 10th, is the night of wishes. But for those who prefer to take their time, the sky will still be the star of the show between August 11th and 12th, when the Perseids reach their peak activity.

In Trieste, the best idea is to leave the city lights behind and head up towards the Karst: the meadows and viewpoints around Basovizza, San Lorenzo and Monte Grisa offer darker skies and a beautiful view of the stars.

Domenica 9 agosto, alle 4:50, il Molo Audace si trasforma ancora una volta in un teatro a cielo aperto per il tradizionale Concerto all’Alba di TriesteLovesJazz. Quest’anno sarà il pianista e compositore Riccardo Morpurgo ad accompagnare il sorgere del nuovo giorno con le sue note, in uno degli appuntamenti più emozionanti dell’estate triestina.

Se soggiorni a Le Porte Blu, ti bastano pochi minuti a piedi per raggiungere il Molo Audace e vivere un momento che rimarrà nel cuore: il silenzio della città, il mare che si illumina e la musica che accompagna le prime luci del mattino.
