We know how important is to have support, how important is to join energies. There are times when the roads are straight and times when they are winding, as for our journey... You cannot imagine how much work, love and passion we had to put to transform this farmhouse:

the complete renovation of the stone buildings,

the reinventions of old objects to create the Eco-Chic décor,

the realisation of the living veggies gardens (nothing like a standard vegetable garden),

the daily auto-production of great produce for a healthy way of eating...

Balance is the key to life and the word "Equilibrium" is our way of doing. And it is also what the 110 retreaters managed to find at Equilibrio.bio in 2019. Their words at the end of the retreat were often: "I return home inspired"; "I've found balance, de-stressed and realigned".
