Il corpo principale dell' Hotel sorge in una Villa stile Liberty dei primi anni '30 che un tempo fu la residenza privata della famiglia Vianello, attuali proprietari e gestori dell'Hotel. La Villa gode di una posizione privilegiata affacciata sulla laguna di Venezia e sul Bacino di San Marco. Nel tempo all'edificio principale si sono aggiunti altri due edifici: Villa Morea e Casa Pradel. Tutti gli

edifici sono collegati tra di loro da un ampio e ombroso giardino. Alcune delle 60 camere sono arredate con arredi antichi e decorazioni d'epoca, antichi ritratti e mobili originali dei primi anni del 1900.
