Set right in the heart of one of our very favourite parts of the city...
..only steps away from the tranquil and timeless Rio de Santa Caterina canal, the long and scenic Fondamente Nove waterfront (where you can board the vaporetto (water bus) to Murano, Burano, Torcello, San Michele, the Biennale Pavilions at Giardini and Arsenale as well as the beaches of the Lido), not forgetting the spectacular Baroque Church of the Gesuiti with its towering snow-white façade and statues of the apostles.

Within a stone’s throw of a fabulous selection of local restaurants, osterie and bacari including the tricky-to-find and very charming Alla Frasca with its parasol / awning-topped terrace, the locals’ favourite Alla Vedova (hands down the best polpette in town!), the traditional Bepi Antico 54 da Loris, Ristorante Al Vecia Cavana (fine dining with resident pianist), Osteria Al Tajer, the laid-back Estate ai Crociferi (for a spritz in the cloistered courtyard of a former monastery!) plus the highly regarded Algiubagio fringing the Fondamente Nove – Venice’s northern waterfront overlooking the waters of the northern lagoon towards the distant snow-topped peaks of the Dolomite mountains.
