Memories of our favourite after dinner palate cleanser/tipple this summer at , the SGROPPINO 🍋 which doubles as a dessert, so what’s not to like 🤷🏻♀️
👇RECIPE:
(I do it by eye/taste, but here’s a proper recipe from ):
• 100g lemon sorbet
• 1 shot chilled vodka
• 1 shot chilled sparkling wine or prosecco
• A few fresh mint sprigs
Put the lemon sorbet in a martini glass or tall dessert glass. Pour over the vodka and sparkling wine or prosecco. Use a tiny whisky spoon to break apart the sorbet and mix everything together. Top with a few mint leaves to serve.
(Or lemon zest, as I’ve done)
