Our scrambled eggs are prepared in our kitchen every morning.
Ouli makes them for the breakfast buffet, so they’re served fresh and still warm.
A small detail, perhaps, but it’s the kind of care we like to put into every morning.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:30.

Luca Zampini is famously regarded as the “photographer of trees”, a 13 years long research he has been devoting himself to. Zampini exhibited his work both in Italy and abroad, including his current exhibition at Hotel San Marco.
