Il B & B 4 STAGIONI nasce il 23 aprile 2014 dopo più di un anno di lavori di ristrutturazione. Era la vecchia casa di nonna Gina, adiacente alla nostra abitazione, oggi è diventata una accogliente, calda, tranquilla struttura per ospiti, clienti ed amici che ci vogliono far visita .... un vero e proprio bed and breakfast a carattere famigliare a 10 minuti dal centro storico di Verona e a mezz'ora d'auto dal lago di Garda. Dispone di due camere doppie (o matrimoniali) con bagno privato ciascuna, ideale per due coppie di amici o per una famiglia di 4 persone. Indicato a chi vuole visitare Verona senza l'assillo del parcheggio auto ... soggiornare dentro le mura cittadine (zona Z.T.L.) comporta qualche problemino con la macchina! Qui da noi puoi lasciare l'auto e con un comodo autobus di linea (proprio sotto casa) raggiungere rapidamente l'Arena e tutti gli altri monumenti di interesse storico/artistico. Così se arrivi con il treno: è sempre lo stesso autobus (n.13 diurno e n.98 serale/notturno) a portarti da noi in soli 15/20 minuti. Comodo a tutti i servizi principali che chiunque si sposti da casa propria desideri avere a portata di mano: farmacia, edicola, supermarket, pasticceria, panificio, bar ... e comunque in un contesto molto tranquillo .... If you have chosen our B & B you know that you have chosen to stay in a house and not in a hotel and therefore aware that a home has rhythms and modes other than a hotel. Please check the check-in time: 16 / 19.30 (or any time agreed) and check-out time: 10. We will be required to apply a penalty in addition to these times. The linen change will be as in a normal home, every 5/6 days or whenever needed. Breakfast times should also be respected, especially if a different time is required and then agreed, punctuality is recommended. You will stay in an old house, in the center of the village of Montorio, but in a very quiet location. Renovated in 2014. Soundproofed walls with an inner coat and latest generation windows guarantee a particular silence and thus privacy and tranquility .... ... .. "Yesterday we immediately relaxed, transported by the" magic "of this place!" .... Writes on my B & B book a dear guest. Wooden ceilings and wood flooring make it warm and enveloping every room. Every room (actually only two) has its own private bathroom with shower cabin and bidet. In each bathroom there is a hairdryer and a smooth hair plate. One thing that disturbs only a few rare customers is the absence of the TV. It's a good choice because we find that you live well even without ... alternately browsing some good book, travel magazines or illustrations on Verona that you find abundantly in the B & B. If you are in the company, it will be a good reason for a healthy conversation .... Who can not do without a screen will still have the WI-FI (free) connection to connect with the whole world. In the breakfast room you will find, at your disposal, a refrigerator; a Nespresso coffee machine; a kettle for afternoon tea or an evening herbal tea. An autonomous entrance will allow you to return in absolute tranquility at any time of the evening. Let us stress, though already stated elsewhere, that smoking is absolutely forbidden and invite any smokers to take advantage of the outside courtyard away from the front door and the windows. Passive smoking, in addition to being harmful, is unpleasant for non-smokers and especially children who are part of our family. It is forbidden to bring foreign guests not regularly registered in the B & B and to eat meals in the rooms. In the winter season we invite you (especially in the autumn-winter room on the first floor) not to change the set temperature (increasing it) in order to avoid over-heating of the room given by perfect isolation. For room reorder and cleaning we are available until 11am (unless otherwise agreed). Sunday is not a service.
