A weekend among the olive trees.

Join us at Casa YUVI for the olive harvest, 23–25 October. We’ll spend Saturday in the grove, laying out nets and gathering olives, with breaks for food and a taste of the new season’s olive oil.

There will be shared meals, evenings around the fire, and a visit to the hot baths on Sunday before heading home.

Two nights in the countryside of Vetralla, Tuscia. A small group of up to eight guests.

The Shape of a Tree

Our Canino olive trees have a very particular shape, the result of years of pruning and training.

The technique is called vaso policonico. Rather than allowing the tree to develop as one dense canopy, its main branches are managed individually, each forming its own cone of vegetation.

It’s a shape designed around the way the tree grows, allowing light and air into the canopy while keeping its vigorous growth under control.
