The perfect basis for active guests, culture lovers and gourmets Das Hotel befindet sich in Vilpian, Südtirol und ist umgeben von Apfelbäumen und viel Grün. Dank der zentralen Lage zwischen Bozen und Meran ist es ganzjährig ein idealer Ausgangspunkt,
um Stadt, Land und Berg zu erkunden. Jedes der 18 Zimmer ist ein Einzelstück, aber alle sind komfortabel ausgestattet und verfügen über gemütliche Betten für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Im Restaurant des Hauses wird ortstypische Küche mit mediterranem Akzent serviert. Dabei kommen vorwiegend regionale Produkte zum Einsatz. Ein Aufenthalt kann mit nur Übernachtung, Frühstück oder mit Halbpension gebucht werden, wobei die Küche am Sonntagabend kalt bleibt. Ein gut ausgestatteter Weinkeller rundet das kulinarische Angebot ab. Das Freischwimmbad im Innenhof lädt dazu ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Für ein erfrischendes Getränk am Pool sorgt die hoteleigene Bar Blume. Bereits seit den 70er Jahren gibt es eine Kunstgalerie im Sparerhof, welche Gastronomie und Kunstgenuss miteinander verbindet.

L’albergo si trova a Vilpiano, Alto Adige, ed è circondato da alberi di mele e immerso nel verde. Grazie alla posizione centrale tra Bolzano e Merano è un punto di partenza ideale durante tutto l’anno per esplorare le città, le valli e le montagne. Ognuna delle 18 camere è unica, ma sono tutte attrezzate confortevolmente e dispongono di letti comodi per un sonno riposante. Nel ristorante della casa vengono serviti piatti della cucina locale con un accento mediterraneo utilizzando prevalentemente prodotti regionali. Si può prenotare il soggiorno solo con pernottamento, con colazione o con mezza pensione. Una cantina per i vini ben fornita completa l’offerta culinaria. La piscina scoperta nel cortile invita a rilassarsi. Una bevanda rinfrescante si trova presso il proprio bar Blume. Già dagli anni 70, nel Sparerhof si trova una galleria d’arte che unisce la gastronomia e la bellezza dell’arte.

The hotel is located in Vilpiano, South Tyrol, and is surrounded by apple trees and immersed in nature. Thanks to the central position between Bolzano and Merano, it is the ideal starting point to explore cities, valleys, and mountains all year round. Each of the 18 rooms is unique, but they are all comfortably equipped and offer a cozy bed for a good night’s sleep. At the restaurant of the house, local cuisine with a Mediterranean influence is served using mainly regional products. There are different booking options for a stay: accommodation only, with breakfast, or half board. The kitchen is closed on Sunday evening. A well-stocked wine cellar completes the culinary offer. The outdoor swimming pool in the inner courtyard invites to relax and unwind. The in-house bar Blume provides fresh drinks. Ever since the 70s, Sparerhof has hosted an art gallery, which unites gastronomy and art enjoyment.
