One of our favourites.. Home cured river trout with capers, Green citrus , little onions and cucumber from the garden .. eaten with sourdough and butter and a sprinkle of fresh chillies for me.

A very green Nettle and ricotta torta salata.. with lots of garden greens, spear plantain and fennel tops. Can you tell we're loving the spring greens?!😂😂 This was absolutely delicious, packed with vitamins and the pickled elderberries.. give it a sweet tangy zing!
When today's long awaited rain stops.. I know I'll be sent out to forage some more greens for tonight's dinner. 💚💚💚
