La villa si trova tra San Gimignano Volterra e Colle val D'Elsa, Colazioni, pranzi e cene a richiesta, yoga, massaggi, equitazione, degustazione di vini La struttura dispone di una bella piscina panoramica e di un parco di 5000 mq. Il casale si trova in una riserva pur distando solo 500 metri dalla strada asfaltata, sarà quindi possibile avvistare numeroisi animali selvatici tra cui caprioli, volpi, lepri, cinghiali....
