We are true foodies at Pimento Lodge. We use mainly organic foods, abd we grow some vegetables and herbs on site. Most importantly, we cook everything fresh to order and with LOVE!
Here's one of our favourites - Escovitch Fish which is pan fried fried fish topped with a spicy pickled vegetable medley of carrots, onions and scotch bonnet pepper. Absolutely delicious, absolutely authentic Jamaican cooking.

Our favourite saying as always is 'we eat what we grow and grow what we eat'. We like to tickle the taste buds of our guests with local, home grown, organic foods.
Here we have ackee and breadfruit.
Time to cook some ackee and Saltfish ( jamaicas national dish) and today we'll pair it with some roast breadfruit. 😋
Our guests are in for a treat!

Our Superior Rooms are really suites, Over 700 Sq ft. King size beds, ensuite bathroom and seating area. Not to mention private balconies with sea views.
It's all about comfort, seclusion and idyllic surroundings - get away from it all!
