Located right on the outskirts of Lucea, the capital of the parish, Hanover, Jamaica. It is situated two blocks away from Lucea's world famous historical site, Fort Charlotte. The property is also sandwiched right between Lucea's Noel Holmes Hospital and one of the oldest churches in Lucea, the Hanover Parish Church. The building on the property that currently hosts guests was the first accomodation in Lucea, Hanover, Jamaica, to be officially registered with the Company's Office Of Jamaica, as a Small Hotel. The property itself still has a few remnants of the antiquate Architectural Features that date as far back to some of the building styles that would have been witnessed during Jamaica's Post Emancipation Era.
