We’ll be freshening up our property and saying a final goodbye to the last remnants of our cottage that was badly damaged by Hurricane Melissa almost a year ago.

The Jamaica Under-18 Girls national rugby team made sports history by capturing first place at the inaugural Rising Nations Cup in Kaunas, Lithuania. This historic achievement marks the first major international rugby title for Jamaica at this age level, demonstrating the rapid growth and immense potential of the nation’s rugby development pipeline.

Historic Victory in Lithuania

Competing on the international stage against established European programs, the young Reggae Girlz delivered an undefeated masterclass in skill, speed, and tactical discipline.

The tournament, held on June 27–28, brought together elite youth squads including host nation Lithuania, Latvia, and Sweden.

The Jamaican team dominated the pitch with exceptional defensive coordination and clinical offensive ex*****on.

Organizers and coaches from the host Kaunas Rugby Academy praised the tournament not only for its fierce competitive spirit but also for fostering international friendships and cultural exchange.
