Good Morning! Today we are dreaming about the Coconut French Toast from the Pavilion! So we decided to share the recipe from Iona’s cook book with you all.

Let us know if you try to make it at home!!! The Pavilion also makes an awesome French Toast without the coconut crust. In all honesty, it’s hard to go wrong with a Pavilion breakfast!

Let’s talk about the Pavilion’s Mountain Views!! 🌄

Almost a hidden gem of the property, found behind the Sunrise Villa! The back porch of the Sunrise Villa and the back porch off the main living room both have amazing views of these lovely mountains. Great spot to watch the sun rise, enjoy a coffee or cocktail, have dinner, read, or just relax. You’re on vacation! Do what you want to do! Don’t do what you don’t want to do! 🌴🍹☕️📖

It’s always soup season at the Pavilion! 🥣🌴

We miss Iona more than words could ever describe! We are so lucky that her daughter, Sandra, has taken on the role of chef!!

Fortunately, Iona left us with a cookbook of some of her special recipes! Pumpkin soup is definitely a favorite and an amazing way to start any meal! We can’t wait to see what Sandra cooks up for us next!!! 🤤🤤

Happy Birthday to the woman who brought the Pavilion into our lives!!!! 🎈🎂🥳

When Ann (“Muumuu”) introduced us to the Pavilion, we hadn’t yet built the fifth bedroom. Now know as the Sunset Villa and sitting behind where she sits in the first picture. We also had not added our private hot tub, which now sits behind where she sits in the second picture.

Thank you Muumuu for finding the Pavilion and introducing us to its magic! We love and miss you every day!! 🌴🍹💜
