Labour Day in Jamaica is more than just a holiday… it’s a reminder of the power of community, dignity, hard work, and solidarity. 🇯🇲❤️

First celebrated in 1961, Labour Day continues to bring Jamaicans together to uplift communities, lend a helping hand, and show pride in the places we call home.

At Ms. Espie’s Cottages Negril, we always admire the spirit of the Jamaican people — strong, resourceful, caring, and full of heart. Whether it’s cleaning up a community space, planting something beautiful, helping a neighbour, or simply sharing kindness, every little effort matters.
