We are located on Westland Mountain Road on the West End. This is very
conveniently located only about a 5 minute walk or a 30 second drive from
the center of Negril. The house is a 3 story house overlooking the Negril
Beach. The property is beautifully landscaped with flowers fruit trees and
a small farm where fresh veggies and fruits are grown. The 1st fl
oor has 2 bedrooms and the 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms (one is my
own) a livingroom, kitchen, and laundry room. The 2nd floor consist of 2
recording studios and the office, a lobby, a powder room and a kitchen
for the guests. The kitchen construction is adequate for cooking and
preparing meals or can be prepared for our guests at reasonable prices. The upstairs guest rooms share a bathroom and the downstairs bedrooms
have their own separate bathrooms one with a standing shower and one
with an enclosed tub/shower. The upstairs front room has air conditioning
and the other rooms have ceiling fans because they are generally cool and
comfortable to sleep in...
The house has Maid Service and we can arrange laundry services as well
as drivers or Bike/Car rentals
Rooms range in price from $ 75 - $125 per night depending on the
number of guests, the length of stay and the season.I hope this description
